Mental Health in Primary Care

For a long time, mental health felt like a separate conversation from physical health — something you brought up elsewhere, if at all. We're working to change that.

Screening for depression and anxiety is now a routine part of our primary care visits, the same way we'd check blood pressure or cholesterol.

Destigmatizing that conversation starts with normalizing it — and our providers are trained to talk through mental health openly, and to connect patients with behavioral health or TelepsychHealth support when it's needed.
